VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION

The phase developments are completed with the tests defined in the design specification and essentially include:

  • EMC tests: according to IEC / EN 61000, CISPR 25, ECE R 10 etc. (or the specific industrial standards)
  • Environmental tests: according to IEC / EN 60068, IEC / EN 60529, etc. (or the customer-specific factory standards)
  • Accelerated life tests according to conditions
  • Function tests

A series product is also validated with extended accelerated life tests:

  • High temperature endurance run
  • Damp-heat continuous run / cyclical
  • Temperature change and shock
